Had a great time at the aquarium. Lots of animals to see. Especially the sharks, manatees and otters. Kids fed capybara and held a snake. Watch out for the boat tour. 50 AED EA to go in one circle. Now that was disappointing. We also passed on the 30 AED EA on the animal hospital

Overall everything was organized very well. It was not clear that there are two types of tickets when I ordered, we were surprised at the aquarium. 99 AED is too much for only one half of a ticket, at least it should include the both parts. Thanks for understanding. One more comment. It will be good if there will be shuttle from big hotels, it will enhance the visibility and accessibility of visitors.

As a marine lover, seaworld has to be my second favourite place on earth. What a wonderful experience, the endless ocean was just incredible. I could spend hours getting lost in the amazing installations. It was other worldly. Very. Clean, great staff full of information and waiting to engage with visitors. I almost missed the experience as we were meant to go on a dessert safari, but I am so glad we cancelled due to the heat and didnt miss this wonderful experience!

( which is open for everyone and people easily can sneeze for example of even I believe it's not good have open food in such open area where a lot of people ) so my son was showing cake and one man who works in this cafe get angry for my son " DONT TOUCH!!".. me and my son got scared.... of course we paid for this cake but the situation was really bad . The food must to be covered in open areas ( I'm sure this is a food storage standard and for some reason it is not observed in this cafe opposite the flamingo).

Dubai never disappoints and neither did our visit to IMG Worlds of Adventure! It's a very nice place to escape the heat of Dubai for a day, with a tonne of fun rides and experiences. If you have young-teenage children, they'll love it too. If you’re just a nerdy adult with some spare time, you’ll have fun too! Quick tip, buy your tickets online to save big bucks. To begin with... being 100% indoors it is definitely an all weather theme park and an array of concepts and varying degree of rides. We had a great time. What could be better are signs within the theme park. Hope they are little well lit so that they are visible clearly. While we do get a map but the signs / directions between various themes could be better. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Crowd management is horrible. Waited in queue for 2 hours to reach the top. Once I reached the top my mom couldn't enjoy the view and she had severe leg pain standing. There are more senior citizens and kids visiting. They should make some seating arrangements on the way. Or they should have a cap per timeslot. At the top you hardly get place to sit peacefully and take photographs. People everywhere!

Very easy experience, just had to find the At The Top ticket office in Dubai Mall, show the Headout QR code and received paper tickets in return. They didn't mind that we turned up an hour early. Then after a brief queue for an elevator, we were up 124 storeys in about a minute! Views were utterly amazing even on a slightly visibility-reduced day!!! Nobody hassled us to go back down which was good 😊

When I went to the Dubai frame the experience was amazing but didn't understand the point of booking a time when I had to spend two hours in the queue Then when I went to the Burj Khalifa I expressed experience the same problem the building that big only has four lifts that I was able to use two to go up and two to come down again had to queue for over and our to go up and over an hour to come down it was suffocating inside the lift the lifts were being used constantly the smell of burning Greece and rude people knocking into you all the time not taking their backpacks of and turning and hitting you in the face was a really bad experience would never plan to go there again Also went to the miracle garden was a nice place but again all the shop owners kept trying to hassle you couldn't walk in peace without someone trying to grab you or calling you over to buy overpriced rubbish it was a bit like being in Turkey not even able to walk across the road without being grabbed by someone and dragged into a shop I expected more from Dubai

Everywhere was so long queu and not everything was how we waited. Not bad bot not the best. And some atracktion didin't told all the information. Only there we could know we need to pay extras.

Burj Khalifa is the most popular place in Dubai. But the safari trip with driver Hamood is something wonderful. Hamood is a very good person and a very good driver. I highly recommend!

It was a hassle free experience in these destinations with respect to tickets.The discount given by headout was really appreciable.We enjoyed Dubai Aquarium and zoo very much.At the top Burj khalifa was a different experience of viewing Dubai at such great height.On the whole the trip was awesome.We also didnot miss to watch the fountain show.

The staff were very friendly and helpful despite the fact we were a little late due to very heavy traffic. The views from the 124 & 125 floors were breathtaking 😊 The Burj Khalifa is more than impressive and well worth visiting !

Unfortunately stood in line for an hour. About the time on the ticket/not relevant for admission. Only those with VIP tickets were allowed in without waiting (no one told us). Moderate check-in, way too many people for the room. Two elevators for 5000 people a day is a joke!

We loved being up on levels 234 and 125. We were not impressed at the length of time we spent lining up despite having booked for 5 and being there 30 minutes early. We missed the sunset. Either too many people were booked st that time or the times were not checked. It was a long time in a queue with little care re if anyone was t feeling well etc.

Desert safari booked through headout was an awesome experience. Fahad from 2guys_safari picked us up flexibly. His transportation and all services were top notch. He took us through the experience step by step ensuring adequate food and refreshments from his own pocket. The dance and food were also good.

While I enjoyed my visit to the Dubai Frame, I was quite disappointed with the limited visibility from the top. The walls significantly obstruct the panoramic view. It would be amazing if future design modifications could prioritize clear viewing panels to truly showcase the beauty of Dubai.

The dune bashing and quad biking were a highlight. Our driver Hussain took photos of us with his phone and shared them which was really great. He was on time for pick up and drop off and he was an extremely experienced driver.

My ticket purchased on the official website did not show a QR Code/it was not generated and I had to contact Headout support by phone on site. As a result, I missed out on other tours that day because I had to sit and wait until my ticket for the Tour at The Frame was released. However, the site to visit The Frame is a must-see.

To me, the Dubai Frame experience was similiar to my Burj Khalifa experience but more cost friendly. I did enjoy the glass-bottomed floors looking down on the lower part of the building. Getting tickets was an easy and smooth experience.
