Overall everything was organized very well. It was not clear that there are two types of tickets when I ordered, we were surprised at the aquarium. 99 AED is too much for only one half of a ticket, at least it should include the both parts. Thanks for understanding. One more comment. It will be good if there will be shuttle from big hotels, it will enhance the visibility and accessibility of visitors.

As a marine lover, seaworld has to be my second favourite place on earth. What a wonderful experience, the endless ocean was just incredible. I could spend hours getting lost in the amazing installations. It was other worldly. Very. Clean, great staff full of information and waiting to engage with visitors. I almost missed the experience as we were meant to go on a dessert safari, but I am so glad we cancelled due to the heat and didnt miss this wonderful experience!

The best park in UAE ! Not too many animals, but the area extremely interesting designed ( especially cold places )) missing my cold country )) Sea lions show! Very funny )) my son 4 years old was very happy 😊 Everything really cool . This is our second time to visit! And will go again) Only one thing was not good: we came with my son to cafe front of flamingo looong cafe, my son showed which cake he wants, just because he is small one, he touched little bit one cake. ( which is open for everyone and people easily can sneeze for example of even I believe it's not good have open food in such open area where a lot of people ) so my son was showing cake and one man who works in this cafe get angry for my son " DONT TOUCH!!".. me and my son got scared.... of course we paid for this cake but the situation was really bad . The food must to be covered in open areas ( I'm sure this is a food storage standard and for some reason it is not observed in this cafe opposite the flamingo).

It was awesome.we enjoyed a lot worth spending money. Price was little higher because of Eid holidays but thanks Headout we got discount of around 100 AED. Outside food not allowed and cost of food inside is very high which is the only thing disappointed. Otherwise all rides and place are like we are in WB movies.

Warner bros was nice indooor theme park Good for family I believe better for a younger audience. Green latern was probably the best ride . Been florid and LA theme not as food as them but worth a family visit. Food burger and fries felt price were expensive especially if going for family it could cost up to 100 pound sterling not sure is worth it. Combined with the bonus ticket for the palace was at great price the Palace is must visit . Ensure for the females shoulders and legs are covered as is policy and respect.

The park is beautiful and with this platform bought at the lowest price around. For small children actually the rides are not many but by entering the height on the site it shows the ones available, also there is to consider that until there 3 years old they do not pay and rightly you can not have demands. To begin with... being 100% indoors it is definitely an all weather theme park and an array of concepts and varying degree of rides. We had a great time. What could be better are signs within the theme park. Hope they are little well lit so that they are visible clearly. While we do get a map but the signs / directions between various themes could be better. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

We visited this incredible outdoor park in Dubai in November 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience! The temperature was on the warmer side, which is something to keep in mind since there's quite a bit of walking involved. Be prepared to get your tickets at the booth even if you’ve purchased them in advance through Headout, and note that the ticketing staff may strongly encourage additional passes for the Magic and Fantasy Park. Once inside, the park’s beauty and creativity are truly awe-inspiring. The Art Park and Safari Park are especially captivating, each designed with remarkable attention to detail. The Dinosaur Park is also a highlight, with lifelike models that are expertly crafted, offering a glimpse into a prehistoric world. One tip: bring a professional camera! Mobile cameras just don’t capture the park’s full splendor. Burj Khalifa is awesome and views are mesmerizing. The Burj Khalifa Fountain Show is undoubtedly a breathtaking spectacle, offering mesmerizing views of Dubai's majestic skyline. However, my recent visit had few drawbacks that left a sour taste. Here are some of the issues I faced: 1. Poor Directions: Dubai Mall's signage was inadequate, leading to confusion and unnecessary back-and-forth navigation. 2. Long Queues: Multiple queues at each stage resulted in an excruciating wait. Despite arriving 10 minutes before my scheduled 5 PM time slot, I didn't reach the top until 6 PM – a whopping 1 hour and 10 minutes later. 3. Misleading Ticket Pricing: I paid for a daytime ticket, but due to the lengthy queues, I ended up watching the sunset instead of enjoying the daytime views. 4. Stroller Restrictions: Many parents struggled with long queues while carrying their children. Allowing strollers or providing priority access to families with kids would greatly alleviate this issue. 5. Despite the stunning views, these drawbacks detracted from my overall experience. Hopefully, the management will take these concerns seriously and implement necessary improvements to make it 5 star experience

Once we found out how to actually find where to go into the ticket validation point as the details we were sent directed us the wrong way! But a security guard explained we should have just gone into the main entrance & it was easy from there & we were in & out in about 45 mins. But the experience was great as was the aquarium which was not too far away to get to & took about the same time.

In burj khalifa. The photo is expensive giving only folder for pictures it is 190 only picture. The scenery is nice for photos. While in the dubai. The entrance is cheaper but inside is really amazing. Simple but because of the glass walk fills my inner child conquering my fear of heights. And the differentiatio of old and new dubai is such an art. The best thing is the souvenir picture in dubai frame. There is frame and snowlaminated picture you will get in package for a cheaper price.

Nice combo, makes sense to start with the Museum of the Future, then take the Metro for two stops and queue for Burj Khalifa. We waited for an hour on queue to go on the 124th floor, but it was worth it. Book at least 100 minutes before sunset (to accommodate for the waiting time) and you can experience daytime, golden hour, sunset and nighview on the same visit.

I've selected a time slot to visit Burj Khalifa, but the venue was completely overcrowded. The waiting was more than 3,5h to get to the top. If there is time slots to choose, clients expect the organizers to limit access to tickets . Additionally, we had to get in a huge line to convert this QR codes into paper tickets... that was absolutely unnecessary. For instance, to the aquarium the qr codes in a app were already the tickets.

Hello. The aquarium was a good experience even if the aquarium part wasn't very big but there were lots of other animals which made up for it. On the other hand for the Burj Khalifa it took us more than 2h30 to get to the elevator and some parts of the queue were not air-conditioned and there were poorly managed crowd movements and it took 1h to get back down after the visit. We hated feeling stuck. Horrible experience.

Burj Khalifa - waste of time. My family and I spent about 90% of the time in a queue (so up and down), which corresponded to about an hour and a half going up and just over an hour to go down, although the lifts themselves were smooth and quick. The gift shop wasn't bad, though. Won't go up again. Prices for a supposed queue-jump are extortionate. Not good value for money. Aquarium - good value for money, but could be slightly better, namely adding the penguin experience, so you can get up close to them. A variety of wildlife to see, and fairly well laid out.

DO NOT GO. It was horrible. We payed relatively a lot of money and we had to wait for approximately 3 hours before we got up. The cue was never-ending, because at the end, there are only 3 elevators :). We had got especially reminded that we had to be there at least 20 minutes early. What a joke. There were no air conditioning no toilets and no way to get out. My girlfriend even got a panic attack. And at the end, the view was not worth worth the hype, money, and definitely not the waiting.

I loved getting lost in the labyrinth of flowery alleys, having a multitude of butterflies flying around me, the ease of access thanks to my tickets bought in advance. On the other hand, the butterfly area isn't supervised enough, and I've seen children and adults grab butterflies by the wings, killing them, even though there are plenty of signs warning people not to do so.
