Overall everything was organized very well. It was not clear that there are two types of tickets when I ordered, we were surprised at the aquarium. 99 AED is too much for only one half of a ticket, at least it should include the both parts. Thanks for understanding. One more comment. It will be good if there will be shuttle from big hotels, it will enhance the visibility and accessibility of visitors.

As a marine lover, seaworld has to be my second favourite place on earth. What a wonderful experience, the endless ocean was just incredible. I could spend hours getting lost in the amazing installations. It was other worldly. Very. Clean, great staff full of information and waiting to engage with visitors. I almost missed the experience as we were meant to go on a dessert safari, but I am so glad we cancelled due to the heat and didnt miss this wonderful experience!

And will go again) Only one thing was not good: we came with my son to cafe front of flamingo looong cafe, my son showed which cake he wants, just because he is small one, he touched little bit one cake. ( which is open for everyone and people easily can sneeze for example of even I believe it's not good have open food in such open area where a lot of people ) so my son was showing cake and one man who works in this cafe get angry for my son " DONT TOUCH!!".. me and my son got scared.... of course we paid for this cake but the situation was really bad . The food must to be covered in open areas ( I'm sure this is a food storage standard and for some reason it is not observed in this cafe opposite the flamingo).

Warner bros was nice indooor theme park Good for family I believe better for a younger audience. Green latern was probably the best ride . Been florid and LA theme not as food as them but worth a family visit. Food burger and fries felt price were expensive especially if going for family it could cost up to 100 pound sterling not sure is worth it. Combined with the bonus ticket for the palace was at great price the Palace is must visit . Ensure for the females shoulders and legs are covered as is policy and respect.

For small children actually the rides are not many but by entering the height on the site it shows the ones available, also there is to consider that until there 3 years old they do not pay and rightly you can not have demands. To begin with... being 100% indoors it is definitely an all weather theme park and an array of concepts and varying degree of rides. We had a great time. What could be better are signs within the theme park. Hope they are little well lit so that they are visible clearly. We visited this incredible outdoor park in Dubai in November 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience! The temperature was on the warmer side, which is something to keep in mind since there's quite a bit of walking involved. Be prepared to get your tickets at the booth even if you’ve purchased them in advance through Headout, and note that the ticketing staff may strongly encourage additional passes for the Magic and Fantasy Park. Once inside, the park’s beauty and creativity are truly awe-inspiring. The Art Park and Safari Park are especially captivating, each designed with remarkable attention to detail. The Dinosaur Park is also a highlight, with lifelike models that are expertly crafted, offering a glimpse into a prehistoric world. One tip: bring a professional camera! Nice views and great fountain. Only one thing, we booked the higher price ticket to catch the sunset betweeen 6 and 6:30 pm. It it took more than an hour to go up. We missed the sunset. It will be good if there is clear messaging about the time to arrive. I felt a bit disappointed Ted that I could not see the sunset despite paying premium. It's very exciting to go up the tallest building in the world, but being down there is wonderful too. The SKY views option is cheaper, and the view is beautiful. Watching the water show is incredible, from the top of the building or at the water's edge.

I was unhappy with the long wait in line. I thought it was better organized - some older visitors had a problem with walking long and waiting in line. There was little space for photography. I was also expecting a short lecture by a guide in Burj Khalifa. Your employees did not understand English, many times they answered the questions incorrectly. In Dubai aquarium I had a problem with the Headout application. Your employee didn't try to solve the problem, but just kept repeating that she needed to see the QR code - but the problem was that the app didn't open via the link in my email. You should take care of this in the future by having not only the QR code but also, for example, the ticket number or reservation number be authoritative when entering.

The huge mall has several food courts, so the counter was not so easy to find. It takes a whole hour to finally reach the top. The view, if not exactly cloudy like ours, makes up for it.

Our driver was Khalifa, he was great. The Dune bashing was amazing! The sandboarding was a real fun, even for the smaller kids!!! The dinner was delicious, nice show! We really enjoyed it!!! Khalifa helped us take some really nice photos! Overall it's a great price value safari!!! Thanks !!!!

Skip-the-line worked for Miracle Gardens, but not for Dubai Frame. At Dubai Frame, the ticket allowed to get inside the ground faster, but inside the ground came a real long queue, which took us more than 30 mins to wait in line. Few people could get to the elevator outside of the waiting line, question is how. At Dubai Frame, the skip-the-line tickets did not work as expected.

Skip the line was great. Easy to scan our digital tickets. The miracle gardens was an awesome experience. Very beautiful and magnificent displays. We were there a little over 3 hours. We went through everything and played 18 holes of the mini golf. And the Turkish ice cream was delicious.

The park itself was excellent. There was a major issue with the tickets and entry. We kept on being told to go in a different queue and the skip-the-line tickets seemed to be a waste of time and money!!!!! Suggest you get that sorted out.
